| Politicians
lie just to get elected |
|
We
strongly believe that the people in Britain should not be
misled by politicians saying they can help those who vote
for them as this turns out to be lies. |
|
The only people that benefit are the politicians themselves.
|
| . |
| The
new Conservative/Liberal
Coalition
government must ensure its integrity by carrying out a
public inquiry into
all the victims of the NHS; also an investigation into the role
of the Ombudsman, Healthcare Commission and other investigation
bodies. |

- The U.K. Community Issues Party Boycott of
the General Election on 6th May 2010 in the constituency of
Woking. |
| . |
| The
U.K. Community Issues Party has decided to Boycott
the General Election on 6th May 2010 and will not be fielding
any candidates in the constituency of Woking due to our mounting
concerns as follows:-.
|
| . |
| 1.
Woking Borough Council has failed to comply with our
requests for up to date information under the Freedom of Information
Act and as a result we are overwhelmingly disadvantaged. |
| . |
| We
rely upon Woking Borough Council to
provide correct information, inevitably sometimes requests are
repeateddue
to changes in council activities, decisions and spending. We
need to ensure we have the up to date information including
changes to figures and information the council has not previously
complied with. |
| . |
| 2.
Woking Borough Council have not provided us with some of the
information requested with regard to our concerns surrounding
the 2005 General Election |
| . |
| We
will be contacting the U.K. Human Rights Commission and the
Minister for Justice -
The State Party (U.K) has an obligation under
the international law and convention on Civil and Political
Rights |
| . |
| . |
|
|
The U. K. Community Issues Party was founded on the belief that ordinary
people can make extraordinary change |
|
| . |
 |
|
We believe in the democratic process and that the power should
rest with ordinary people. |
| . |
| Join
us today to help us campaign to
help change Britain for the better and against the deception, secrecy
and lies by the government who waste billions of taxpayer's money
and will continue to do so until we make a stand. |
| . |
| Join
our
campaign and help us to bring accountability across our Public Services
to protect the rights of people in Britain; in order to improve
our Public Services we believe that we must: -
|
| 1.
Abolish self investigation throughout our Public Services, N.H.S.,
the police, local councils and county council's and stop all funding
of protection by Legal Departments. |
| 2.
Existing complaints bodies paid for by the taxpayer should be reformed
into a tribunal with unlimited power and restrictions, complainants
should be equal in arms. Serious complaints should be investigated
by the police,
evidence should be gathered and cross-examinations carried out under
oath in order to obtain discovery of all relevant information and
the truth. |
| 3.
We believe that all senior managers throughout
our public services should be employed on limited contracts. |
| . |
| To
bring honesty into our Local and County
Council's, who
have a duty to tell council taxpayers how their money is being spent
and what services are available, details of all the costs should be
readily available including publications, advertising, promotional
materials and salaries for all staff , money spent on trips and staff
privileges annually. |
| Our
aim is to highlight
the problems in our Public Services which are surrounded by Legal
Departments conveniently structured to protect
those who fail or abuse our services. The deficiencies and the lack
of safeguards mean that it is made difficult to identify the guilty
so disciplinary action is rarely taken whilst those who fail or abuse
are moved to one side, paid off or promoted. |
| This
will continue unless we make a stand; Senior Managers will continue
receiving more pay whilst the general public suffer cut backs to our
services and an increase in crime,
|
|
|
|
| .I
believe that in cases where the truth has not been recorded
the
victims and
their families deserve
a full independent
investigation into their cases.
|
| Time
and again the
majority of politicians
have pledged action, eye-catching promises are not enough.
A root-and-branch examination is needed to get to the
depth of the problem
how the public money is being used to prevent the truth
from being revealed. Since 1999 I have traveled
throughout the U.K. meeting victims of NHS medical accidents
and their families. |
| . |
| The
majority of politicians do not address or assist
the victims and the families who have lost loved ones
and many victims experience widespread prejudice.
Government inactivity and deficiencies in the justice
and complaint systems mean that many victims are denied
justice.
Miscarriages of justice do happen and there can be no
greater miscarriage than to the victims not getting the
right treatment and being labeled. |

David
Cameron has pledged a full public inquiry into failings at an
NHS hospital believed to have cost hundreds of lives, why was
this allowed to go on for three years when David Cameron was
the opposition leader? |

|
| The
Prime Minister has pledged a full public inquiry into failings at
an NHS hospital believed to have cost hundreds of lives.
|
Patients
at Stafford Hospital were starved, dehydrated, left in agony and
told to lie in their own faeces, it previously emerged. David Cameron
said standards of care had been "appalling" and that local people
needed to "tell their story". His
announcement came after the previous government angered campaigners
by rejecting calls for a full public inquiry, instead ordering an
independent inquiry which was held in secret. |
| Why
was this allowed to go on for three years when David
Cameron
was the opposition leader?
Why did he not hold the government accountable? Why did he not speak
out publicly about this? The Government's policies and deficiencies
in the justice and complaints bodies' and standards in discharging
its responsibilities need to be investigated, No one is to face prosecution
in respect of the cover up culture within the NHS , |
David
Cameron stated
that the standards of care at Stafford Hospital had been "appalling".
The outcome was that people died needlessly." Many victims
of medical accidents / errors have taken their complaint to their
M.P.s both Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrats , however,
the complaints are referred straight back to the individuals complained
against and the complaints are again brushed under the carpet of
deceit.
David Cameron
failed to hold the Labour government accountable. |
| . |
We
call for a full public inquiry to be carried out throughout the
NHS, not only at Stafford Hospital, These problems and the cover
up culture have existed for over 30 years between the Conservative
then Labour governments. |
Experts
should be appointed to assist the victims and the families who have
lost loved ones to carry out an investigation into all unsolved
cases of medical accidents / errors where the victims have been
injured, left with a disability
or have died , where the truth
has not been recorded on the patients medical records and where
medical records go missing. This affects the most vulnerable among
the population. In some cases the NHS
put a gloss on the cause of death and falsify records so
that these cases are not included in the statistics, |
| . |
| We
welcome the Government's proposed cuts throughout our public services
and appeal to David Cameron to
reduce the Senior Management in our public services and the cost of
self investigation, all lavish trips should be stopped. We call for
the closure of all complaints bodies as they do not deal with complaints
effectively and do not lead to improvements in our public services. |
| . |
| We
believe that the previous Government have given the NHS £145
million p.a. in legal
costs together with 12 firms of solicitors at their disposal; we
feel that public money should not be used to pay for defending those
who fail in the NHS.
|
| . |
| We
call for a full public investigation into all medical accidents
/ errors in order
to understand fully how the errors have been covered up and the
full extent of the use of public money being used to defend the
N.H.S. How the information is gathered from the patient and
how the information has been used. For those left disabled or with
their health damaged why they are not receiving the right treatment.
The labelling of the victims and how they are treated during the
court process. How the victims are being forced into social injustice
and denied legal aid. I feel that gathering this information will
be vital in understanding how public money is being used. |
| National
Health Service |
| We
believe that the rights of patients should be firmly established
with public funding made available sufficient to meet all the health
needs of the nation, with the private sector being available as an
additional choice for those who wish to pay over and above their tax
contribution to the NHS and not as an alternative form of health care.
|
| Help
us to Challenge the medical system and to eliminate inequalities in
health. |
| To
ensure an adequate distribution of resources throughout the NHS and
the distribution of drugs being available to all. |
| Support
should be improved for the many relatives
doing the caring
and looking after the elderly, frail and disabled people in their
own homes and taking the burden off the state. |
| . |
| Join
us or help us to campaign for a
full
public inquiry
into all cases of unsolved complaints for the victims of Medical Errors,
infections, MRSA, etc. |
| The
complaints procedures and the complaints bodies are
bureaucratic and restricted and do not improve our public services. |
| . |
| The
U. K. Community Issues Party believe in peaceful solutions and
are speaking up for the many people and groups across Britain who
believe in peace. |
| The
Palestinian issue; . |
| The
United Nations
is the Wall of Shame in discharging its responsibilities. |
| There
is widespread prejudice and deficiencies within the U.N. the
Human Rights Council, the High Commissioner for Human Rights and
the Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon are obliged
to be genuine, independent and unbiased and act to international
standards. |
| . |
Why
have the United Nations not found a solution for peace in the Middle
East? |
| There
have been serious human rights violations, war crimes and breaches
of humanitarian law during the conflict;
many people have been denied justice under International
Law and the U.N. has failed to bring the guilty to the international
court to face prosecution. Why has no one been charged with war
crimesand under international law . ? |
| During
the three-weeks of the Gaza conflict, Israeli
military offensive which began in late December 2008 ; the fighting
left more than 1,400 people dead injured 5,000 others and reduced
homes, schools, hospitals and marketplaces to rubble. |
| . |
| Why
has the United Nations allowed the three-year blockade of Palestine
to continue ? |
| GAZA:
CALL FOR (UN) INTERNATIONAL INQUIRY
where the civilian
activists protesting against the blockade on the Gaza strip have
been killed by Israeli forces.
|
We
call for a credible investigation, the UN authorities have the primary
responsibility to carry out an independent and international investigation
into the use of lethal
force by Israeli forces, as well as the claims by Israeli officials
that Israeli forces were attacked with a range of weapons. But for
full credibility and transparency, the relevant UN experts to carry
out an investigation into the events of 31 May 2010 into the deaths
caused by the raid, the killings and the wounding of the activists
by Israeli forces on a flotilla of ships carrying aid to the Gaza
strip in defiance of the three-year blockade. Israel should be charged
under International Law. |
| . |
We
are calling for The UN authorities
to act in the lifting of the blockade. The primary
responsibility for the humanitarian crisis in Gaza lies with the
U.N. It is imperative that Israel lifts the blockade of Gaza without
delay, as it is a form of collective punishment in contravention
of international law and primarily affects the most vulnerable among
the population. Collective punishment is prohibited under international
law and constitutes a crime against humanity. The Israeli policy
of blockade, which amounts to collective punishment of the entire
population of Gaza. Lift the blockade, and allow all the humanitarian
aid, also to restore all the movement and access of goods and people
so that the human rights of the inhabitants of the Gaza Strip are
not violated.
|
| . |
| In
Britain the election pledges and pledges for peace in the Middle
East made by the majority of politicians who stand for election
turn out to be lies. Unfortunately
Millions of taxpayer's money is being used for peace mission trips,
we only see our politicians obstaining
from voting or delaying their vote in the
U.N. during the conflict
but nevertheless they pledge financial aid to mitigate the consequences
of the blockade.
