| The
Government and the majority of politicians have failed
to address the
cover up culture within the NHS, a full independent investigation
should take place into all unsolved NHS complaints. It
should address the reasons why many patients are being left
with ongoing problems or disabilities due to medical errors,
MRSA and in serious cases patient deaths
with no form of redress.
The police should become involved in serious cases
to assist the victims and the families who have lost loved ones.
The current NHS complaints procedures result in many victims
experiencing widespread prejudice. |
| Government
inactivity and deficiencies in the justice and complaint systems
mean that many victims are denied justice .
Miscarriages of justice do happen and there can be no greater
miscarriage than to the victims who cannot get the right treatment
and are labeled for bringing their plight to the attention of
the medical profession and justice system.
With my knowledge of how public money is being used to prevent
the truth from being revealed
I want to make a difference. |

| We
believe that in cases where the truth has not been recorded
a public independent investigation is the only way forward,
when medical records go missing the police should become
involved in the investigation,
victims and their families deserve a full independent
investigation into their cases. |

There
is no reprieve from the grave. The failure to address
these important issues within the Government and by the
majority of politicians means they will continue.
