Our
aim is to highlight
the problems in our Public Services which are surrounded by
Legal Departments conveniently structured
to protect those who fail or abuse our services. The deficiencies
and the lack of safeguards mean that it is made difficult
to identify the guilty so disciplinary action is rarely taken
whilst those who fail or abuse are moved to one side, paid
off or promoted.

|
| The
failure of the Government and the majority of politicians
to address and to assist the victims and the families who
have lost loved ones means that many victims experience widespread
prejudice. Government inactivity and deficiencies in
the justice and complaint systems mean that many victims are
denied justice.
Miscarriages of justice do happen and there can be no greater
miscarriage than to the victim not getting the right treatment
and being labeled. |
