I want to stand in the next General Election due to my own experience with the NHS and knowledge of how public money is being used to prevent the truth from being revealed.  Since 1999 I have travelled throughout the U.K. meeting victims of NHS medical accidents and their families I want to make a difference by making their plight known to the public and shaming the Government into action. 

The failure of the Government and the majority of politicians to address and to assist the victims and the families who have lost loved ones means that many victims experience widespread prejudice.  Government inactivity and deficiencies in the justice and complaint systems mean that many victims are denied justice. Miscarriages of justice do happen and there can be no greater miscarriage than to the victim not getting the right treatment and being labeled.

I believe that in cases where the truth has not been recorded the victims and their families deserve a full independent investigation into their cases.
